In a modern urban resident, eyes are almost around the clock and quickly get tired. This leads to vision problems. They will strengthen the eye cords and help get rid of fatigue.

Ophthalmological charging is aimed at training the eye muscles by tension and relaxation.
Relaxation
The eyeball is surrounded by muscles. There are ligaments inside - they are responsible for changing the curvature of the lens. If a person does not relax the eye muscles, then over time they lose this ability. As a result, myopia is acquired.
To avoid this, it is enough to learn to weaken the voltage of the ligaments with the help of special exercises. They will warn the occurrence of myopia or stop its progress.
We write with your nose
For eye and cervical muscles, movement is useful. While working with objects nearby, the muscles tenses, stires. This leads to a violation of blood supply.
The following actions will help:
- Relax, close the eyelids - it is important not to strain any part of the face;
- Imagine that your nose is the tip of the handle;
- Move your head as if you were drawing your nose;
- Write a few words or draw a picture.

Palming
This is a classic exercise of ophthalmological charging. Experts call it the basic technique of relaxation.
Fulfillment:
- Sit with a straight back;
- Relax;
- Close your eyes with your palms.
Fingers should lie on each other, closing the eyebrows and part of the forehead. The center of the palm should be opposite the corresponding pupil. It is important that the light does not penetrate the arms. Try to completely relax. Rest time is 1-5 minutes.
Blinking
The anatomy of the visual apparatus is such that during blinking the near -eyed muscles relax. To rest quickly, wave your eyelashes 10-20 times. Pictures after that will become clearer.
Voltage
The eyeball is surrounded by three paired muscles. They, like any others, require training.
Gymnastics to maintain the tone of the vocal muscles:
- Close the eyelids sharply so that darkness appears and open;
- Translate apples to the right and left;
- Look up and down;
- rotate clockwise;
- rotate counterclockwise;
- Write out the horizontal eights.
Do all movements 15 times. A set of measures should be carried out 2-3 times a day, and then the vision of the vision will be in order.
Change of focusing
The exercise is very useful when the gaze lingers first on closely located objects, and then leaves into the distance. To perform it, you need to make marks on the window glass and look at it for several seconds, and then transfer attention to the landscape outside the window. 2-3 approaches for a few seconds are enough.
Chinese complex to strengthen vision at home
This charging was developed for the prevention of ophthalmological diseases in Chinese schoolchildren. It retains the ability to see and strengthens the nerves and is more like massage of the eyelids.
The kit includes only four exercises:
- Step 1. Find the dents over the inner corners of the eyelids. The palms should look up and be open. Then attach four fingers to the forehead. With your thumb, massage dents 25-30 times.
- Step 2. Press the pillows of the index fingers on the nose bridge on both sides - where it connects to the inner corners of the eyes. Make circular movements 25-30 times.
- Step 3. The pads of the index fingers massage the points located on the same horizontal with the wings of the nose. To find the right place, connect the index and middle fingers. Put them to the wings of the nose. The desired zone is behind them. It must be massaged in circular movements 25-30 times.
- Step 4. Put the pillows of the thumbs on the whiskey. Fold the remaining four fingers in a fist. The knuckles of the index fingers defeat the eyebrows from the nose to the temples, and then describe the arcs below from the inner corners of the eye to the external. Such circles need to be made 25-30.
The whole complex takes no more than 5 minutes.

Neck and face
The working muscles enter blood and along with it - nutrients. But the eye muscles are very small. Working only with them, you cannot attract enough blood to saturate the visual apparatus with oxygen and nutrients.
Experts advise first to warm up the neck, and then the face. Then the blood flow will go to the upper body and reach the organs of vision.
Procedure:
- Tighten the second chin and turn your head to the left and right to warm up the occipital and cervical muscles.
- Lower the lower jaw down to the limit, tighten the muscles of the face, imitating surprise. Then stretch out the closed lips and click, imitating pleasure.
Such cycles need to be made at least 5.
Already at this stage you can notice that vision has become more clear. Now you can proceed directly to the eyes:
- Watch horizontally, translating apples left-right;
- watch up and down;
- Sow to the bridge of the nose and look up and down-2 extreme points should fall into the field at the top and bottom;
- repeat with extreme outer points;
- Watch diagonally, then another diagonal up and down.
All actions are done at a speed of 1 movement per second. The number of repetitions is 20-50. Movements can be made both with open and closed centuries, but with closed it will be more difficult.
If during these exercises the visual organs rotate with difficulty, this means that the muscles are very weakened. Training in such cases is especially useful. After it, there should be a feeling that the eyes are warm.
